As part of our commitment to ethical production we follow strict labor laws and never ask our artisans to work overtime. We deeply respect their dedication to their art, and this ensures that every product meets our high-quality standards.
Due to increasing demand, it currently takes 2-3 business days to carefully craft each product. After quality checks, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. We appreciate your patience and support for sustainable, artisan-made products!

We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

If you place an order during these times, processing will begin on the next working day.

Note: During busy periods (like sales or holiday seasons), processing times may increase slightly. We will always notify you of any significant delays.
